How It Works
Geraniol spreads across your pet’s skin and settles into the hair follicles, subtly altering their natural scent to repel insects. This disrupts the sensory receptors of ticks, fleas and mites, keeping pests at bay.
Water Resistant, not waterproof.
While Don’t Bug Me stands up to light splashes and rain, frequent swimming or bathing can reduce its effectiveness. Reapply after shampooing or swimming sessions for continuous protection.
Ingredients:
- Geraniol (1% w/v) – A natural, sweet rose-scented oil derived from essential oils, known for its insect-repelling properties.
- Sesame Oil – A gentle, soluble carrier oil ensuring even application and absorption.
Nutritional Recommendation:
- Dose – Apply 1ml per 5kg of your dog’s weight every 4 weeks.
- Pipette Size – Each pipette holds 1ml.
- Example – A 10kg dog requires 2ml (2 pipettes) every 4 weeks.
For Active Dogs:
- High-Risk Areas – Dogs frequently in water, groomed regularly, or living in wooded/tick-prone areas should have the product reapplied every 2 weeks.
- Low-Risk Areas – Standard reapplication every 4 weeks.
Application Instructions:
- Shake Well – Ensure the pipette is fully emptied and shaken before refilling.
- Part the Fur – Apply directly to the skin, starting from the neck and working down towards the base of the tail.
- Full Coverage – Make sure to use the full contents of the pipette for optimal protection.
