Chicory root is added as a natural prebiotic to support healthy digestion.
This distinctive food stands apart from traditional options. It undergoes no high-heat cooking or heavy processing. Instead, raw ingredients are gently mixed and air-dried over five days, preserving nutrients and creating a semi-moist, flavorful, and wholesome meal.
