1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Jourdan Boutique (registration code 17112921, address Halla 12, Tallinn 10618, Harju County, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the person making the purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) when purchasing products through the online store at www.jourdanboutique.com (hereinafter referred to as the “E-store”).
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the marketing of products through the E-store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Company makes every effort to display accurate and high-quality product descriptions, but E-store product descriptions may not be exhaustive and may contain unintended errors. Product images displayed in the E-store are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.
1.4. The Company may change the E-store’s terms of sale, product prices, and service fees. Any changes will be notified within the E-store environment. The terms and prices in force at the time of the transaction apply to the transaction.

2. Prices
2.1. Product prices in euros are displayed on product pages in the E-store and include VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. In addition to product prices, delivery fees applicable to the delivery method chosen by the Customer during the ordering process will be added.
2.3. If a discount code is available, the discount will be applied after entering the code in the shopping cart.

3. Placing an Order
3.1. To order a product, the Customer selects the product, chooses any applicable options (size, color, etc.), and adds the product to the shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. Products displayed in the E-store are generally in stock. If a product or a variant (e.g., size, color) is out of stock, it cannot be ordered, and this will be indicated in the E-store as “out of stock” or the variant option will not be active.
3.2. In the shopping cart, the Customer can adjust quantities or remove products using the appropriate buttons and confirm their choice by clicking “UPDATE CART.” The Customer can also choose a preferred delivery method, apply a discount code (if available), and proceed to checkout by clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
3.3. At checkout, the Customer must enter personal data required for delivery and payment and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost, including delivery, will then be displayed and can be paid using the provided payment solutions. Before payment, the Customer must review and agree to the terms of sale. The order is considered finalized after clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button.
3.4. It is essential to carefully fill in the information when placing an order, as the accuracy of the details provided determines the prompt and smooth delivery of the products. The Company is not liable for any issues, non-fulfillment, or consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the Customer.
3.5. Due to the nature of the E-store, stock availability may change during the ordering process. If a paid-for product is unavailable, an E-store representative will contact the Customer to propose a new delivery time or a replacement product of equal value and quality, or refund the payment (including delivery fees) within 1–2 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
3.6. The agreement takes effect when the payment amount has been credited to the E-store’s account.

4. Payment
4.1. Orders placed in the E-store require 100% prepayment. The agreement is valid once the payment amount has been credited to the Company’s account.
4.2. Payments can be made via Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank, Citadele).
4.3. The E-store does not process payments directly. Payments are processed securely via Montonio Finance UAB (https://montonio.com/et/). By providing payment data or other information, the Customer agrees to the third-party terms and the transfer of financial information to them.
4.4. After submitting and paying for an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email. By confirming the order, the Company agrees to deliver the ordered products in accordance with these terms.
4.5. Orders not paid for within one day of placement will be canceled.

5. Delivery
5.1. The E-store delivers products within Europe using parcel services provided by Omniva (AS Eesti Post), Itella SmartPOST OÃœ, and DPD Eesti AS (hereinafter referred to as “Logistics Partners”).
5.2. The Company hands over orders to Logistics Partners by the next business day following the confirmation of the order. Delivery times depend on the Logistics Partner. Estimated delivery time is 1–14 business days.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.
5.4. Delivery fees are added based on the delivery method chosen during checkout.
5.5. Orders over €300 delivered within Estonia via Omniva or SmartPOST parcel services are delivered free of charge.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges
6.1. Customers may withdraw from the transaction within 14 calendar days by submitting a written (via post or digitally signed) or electronically reproducible (via email at info@jourdanboutique.com) withdrawal request. A standard withdrawal form can be used but is not mandatory.
6.2. Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the Company will confirm receipt.
6.3. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of submitting the withdrawal request.
6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request or proof of return. Customers bear direct return costs unless the returned product is defective or incorrect.

7. Complaints
7.1. The Company is responsible for non-conformity or defects in products within one month of delivery.
7.2. Complaints must be submitted within one month via email at info@jourdanboutique.com with details of the issue.
7.3. The Company will review complaints within 14 days.

8. Data Processing
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
